Classical Acupuncture

Classical acupuncture is an ancient healing practice that treats the whole person, physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. It’s suitable for a wide range of concerns: including pain, stress, insomnia, anxiety, women’s health, as well as chronic conditions.

During these treatments, slim, sterilised needles are inserted gently and shallowly into the surface of the skin into specific points that correspond to different energy pathways in the body (known as meridians). The goal is to produce a pleasant sensation and relaxation. Acupuncture should not be painful.

Because it is tailored individually, acupuncture can treat a range of symptoms, including chronic pain, menstrual pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia, infertility, and more.

This is my signature offering, a 1hr healing session designed for when you need deep shifts and serious resets.

I combine the traditional Chinese medicine modalities of diagnosis, acupressure, Tei Shin, moxibustion, and cupping with intuitive energy medicine and medical Qi Gong for a relaxing, balancing, and healing treatment that will leave you feeling blissful.
