Classical Acupuncture

Where Western medicine dissects the body by its symptoms, Eastern medicine treats the whole system. Diagnosis incorporates physical, spiritual, psychological, energetic and emotional aspects.

Because it is tailored individually, acupuncture can treat a range of symptoms, including chronic pain, menstrual pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia, infertility, and more.

I also offer acupuncture for labour induction. Pregnancy treatments can also relieve common third-trimester symptoms such as back pain, fatigue, anxiety, irritability, and muscle tension.

NADA Community Clinic

Join us for a mini-community clinic, where you’ll receive a gentle, 5-point ear acupuncture treatment, known as the NADA protocol, in a peaceful group setting.

This treatment is known to bring relaxation and balance, ease stress and tension, and support restful sleep. It can also help lessen cravings (e.g. nicotine, scrolling, eating, mental stress loops, SNUS, vaping, etc).

No experience needed — just drop in, take a seat, and enjoy some time out.

Spirit Acupuncture is my signature offering, a 1hr healing session designed for when you need deep shifts and serious resets.

I combine the traditional Chinese medicine modalities of diagnosis, acupressure, Tei Shin, moxibustion, and cupping with Reiki and medical Qi Gong for a relaxing, balancing treatment that will leave you feeling blissful.

These sessions are especially helpful for balancing the nervous system, getting clear on goals and visions, releasing old patterns, and resolving a range of physical symptoms.
